Originally from Lake St-John and with an interdisciplinary bachelor in cinema in 2002, Guillaume Tremblay obtained his license as a residential and commercial real estate broker in 2015. The Lake has portrayed a bon vivant side, authentic and hard working person in his profession. He wants to make people feel comfortable in the buying and selling process and to share his knowledge as a broker as much as possible in order to give his customers as much power as possible.

His filmmaker side makes him a real estate broker passionate about the human being. He believes that every individual is sacred and must be respected throughout the process. Art aims to expose beauty and truth in the human being, so it tries to transpose this intention as a broker. He basically believes that his job is a service and that he must absolutely act as such to be relevant.
